Growing up 60 miles from the Indianapolis 500 Speedway I have always had a love for open wheel racing. Other than Indy cars the most well-known venue is Formula 1 (F1). For many years I have followed the races on tv and by actually visiting a number of the races in Europe. As Chairman of JZMK Partners, I had the opportunity to help create a “race central” building for a potential F1 venue in Anaheim, California.
When viewed “head on” the building becomes an abstract of the front of an F1 race car.
Although the track was approved by the City of Anaheim the F1 corporation was sold to a different entity and this project was put on hold.
